RETURN POLICY
At Savannah & Rose, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs, including international shipping fees and any customs charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing or using the item is not.
• Products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at info@savannahandrose.us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address.
3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
LIABILITY
• Savannah & Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
